Digitizing sound from micophone input using java [on hold]

I am triing to hide data in wavelength domain, so I searched some libary to manipulate freq. in the audio files.

And now I searching for hours to get some libaries or tips how to recover the bits from analog ( eg. microphone ) input, than i can get the LSBits and extract my message.

CAn anybody give me some advice to accomplish the digitizing. Thanks
