Where to start with android audio social network?

I want to enable users to upload audio clips to the cloud from their android devices. I'm new to this kind of stuff and need to know what cloud technology to integrate into my android application to allow users to upload 20 second clips and also listen to other clips uploaded. I don't know a lot about streaming or anything, so I need a general direction to look.
