How to play audio more than once and forward and backward drag in rails application (Chrome Browser)

In rails application How to make audio and video playable more than once in chrome browser . In firefox no problem audio and video can able to play more than once . But in Chrome its not playing more than once and forward and backward also not working in chrome. I am using audio_tag for audio files and video_tag for video files.
