iOS Resume app from Background Audio Event Handler

I have an app that plays audio in background, and I can re-enter the app by tapping the song name as in the screenshot below. But, I want to re-open the app to a specific music page. Is it possible, perhaps somewhere in the appDelegate, to capture this reopen event and redirect the user to the appropriate page?
