Choosing audio and subtitles track while streaming mkv by VLC

I want to stream mkv file from my server using VLC.

How can i choose audio track, what flag do i need to use for my command? Same question for enabling and choosing subtitles track.

This is my command:

vlc-wrapper -vvv input_stream --sout '#standard{access=http,mux=ts,dst=server:8090}' -I ncurses --audio-channel 2 xxx.mkv
