Are single board computers with AC3/DTS passhtrough available?

I am looking for single board computers that would support AC3/DTS pass-through for a mobile (i.e. for cars), embedded, HI-FI audio system. The hardware should be supported by Linux.

I sought but couldn't find anything adequate. The RaspberryPi hardware falls short to implement that, as far as I could read and all the boards I have looked up (PandaBoard, Cubi, ODROID, aso) only have the hardware for stereo sound.

[My understanding is that such a feature would require a very high bandwidth hence would not fit the definition of a low-consumption and low-cost board. But I don't know for sure.]
